CAD Design
The use of CATIA V5 PLM environment allows us to create advanced projects based on customer guidelines. Our team of engineers, with many years of experience in the process of designing moulds and gauges, always meets the challenge they are given. We develop CAD designs together with full drawing documentation.
CAM Design
By using the WorkNC program, we are able to develop advanced machining technology for the customer in a very short time. WorkNC allows the programming of collision-free flow machining in five axes. Thanks to collision detection with the machine tool, the toolholder and the workpiece, we can achieve maximum safety while reducing human control of the process. The complex machining paths allow rapid and accurate milling of the workpiece with a very smooth surface.
CNC Machining
We specialize in unit machining of parts with very complex shapes. The dominant material in our tool room is aluminium, however we also machine plastics, brass and tool steels and stainless steels. Due to the complexity of our workpieces we use advanced fixtures and jigs designed by our technologists. We are experienced in machining both very small and large parts. An extensive fleet of multi-axis CNC machines enables us to deliver the finished product to the customer quickly.

3D Printing
The use of 3D printing lets us quickly produce prototypes, non-standard components and plastic spare parts.
Supporting processes
The CNC machining process is supported by our additional operations based on TIG aluminium welding, soldering and metalworking (grinding, drilling, nozzle punching). These additional processes allow us to finally assemble the tool you have ordered and to subject it to a thorough quality control. The quality of our tools is what makes us successful!
