Innovative solutions
Tool Shop is equipped with technologically advanced machinery. State-of-the-art measuring solutions using a 3D scanner and coordinate measuring machine make it possible to eliminate most problems that tend to occur at the mould design stage. Cutting-edge equipment and full integration of the IT systems with the customers significantly increase the efficiency of the implemented projects.

4-5 Axis Machines
The aim of all rotary tables is to rotate the workpiece being shaped by a set number of degrees, allowing the material to be shaped at precise intervals. Rotary tables can be used in all types of applications, the most basic example of their use would be creating regular grooves or holes in an object. The fourth axis can be used when cutting or to rotate a part to machine another surface. To increase the capabilities of the CNC milling machine, a 5th axis was used. Our 5th axis setup is more complex and there are two main methods of obtaining 5th axis capabilities.

Zortrax's 3D printer M200
3D printing is the process of creating three-dimensional solid objects from a digital file. This technology allows us to produce complex prototype parts using less material than traditional manufacturing methods. With the well-known Zortrax M200 3D printer, we are able to produce detailed parts from ABS and PLA materials.

Measuring arm
Portable measuring arms enable measurement on the machine or on the shop floor. They feature no self-alignment procedures, easy operation and reliable 3D measurements. Articulated arms can be equipped with different length probes and scanning heads to measure even hard-to-reach points optically or by touch. Designed for use with the advanced HP-L-20.8 laser scanner, the ROMER Absolute Arm SE provides first-class scanning performance on even the most complex surface types. Equipped with unique "flying dot" technology, the HP-L-20.8 can scan multiple surface colors in a single pass. This technology allows the user to modify the dot density and even the width of the laser bar at any time, providing maximum scanning detail where it is needed most, unlike most handheld scanners - it's like having multiple scanners in one sensor. The accuracy of the entire scanning system is fully verifiable and traceable, so users always have full confidence in the accuracy of their measurements.
