Toolshop IZOBLOK
It is an integral part of the IZOBLOK SA capital group. It was founded in 2016 as an answer to the increased demand of the parent company for access to high quality moulds and gauges, the manufacture of which was possible in the most optimal time. Currently, Toolshop is a thriving area of the group thanks to which we can implement the most demanding concepts of our customers.
Focus
In the Toolshop IZOBLOK we create new forms for individual customer orders based on in-depth analysis of his needs and presented CAD drawings. The main recipients of our products and services are companies from the automotive and logistics industries. Our highly qualified team of designers and engineers develops solutions to meet all customer requirements.
Prototypes
Before we make the final product, we prepare prototypes of the form / tool.
This approach saves not only money and time, but also allows to reduce the risk of errors during the production process. This is especially important when the customer wants to shorten the time needed for the implementation of a new product, as well as to optimize costs related to the risk of its introduction to the market.
Form construction:
The use of aluminum in the production of molds allows us to offer customers lower costs, shorter lead times, and reduced waste.
Maintenance
We also provide excellent maintenance services not only for the aluminum molds we manufacture, but also for those not made by us.
